Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference? Want to kickstart a rewarding career in disability care? Or are you currently working in the sector and/or Access4u and want to upskill and receive a promotion?

This qualification will teach you:

  • the skills to empower and support people with disabilities
  • how to provide appropriate home and community support
  • legal and ethical workplace practices.

Learn the essential skills to provide better care for people living with mental or physical disabilities.

Who Can Apply?

You must either be currently working at, or considering employment at Access4u.

If you are currently not employed at Access4u, you can submit an expression of interest here and our HR Advisor will be in contact shortly. They will provide more information about our training options during the onboarding process.

Access4u offers a CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) through our training partner, CEG – Training Partnerships (RTO Code: 40138). CEG is a highly reputable, Nationally Accredited Training organisation based in South Australia.

They have been providing flexible and supportive training options since 1988.
