What is Support Coordination?
NDIS Support Coordinators are here to help. We are here to guide and support you throughout your NDIS journey, helping you get the best out of your supports and supporting you to achieve your goals.
NDIS plans can be tricky and hard to understand, and choosing providers can be an overwhelming process. That’s why Support Coordinators are handy resources – we’re here to help navigate the NDIS and its many services - to ensure you live your life, your way.
We currently provide two levels of Support Coordination: Coordination of Supports and Specialist Support Coordination.

What Type of Support is Provided?
Our trained Support Coordinators can help with a range of things, including:
- understanding and navigating your NDIS plan, including your budget
- addressing any barriers you come across in regards to your plan or your supports
- providing assistance to connect you with supports and services you need to achieve your goals
- using the MyGov website and your portal
- preparing for your plan review.
Our Support Coordinators will ensure that you receive the best possible options so you can choose the supports that will most benefit you. It’s your choice and your life – we’re just here to help!
Currently using another NDIS provider? You can choose to change providers at any time, as long as you follow the notice periods in your service agreement.
Where is Support Coordination in My Plan?
Support Coordination and/or Specialist Support Coordination are available to you if they appear in your NDIS plan under CAPACITY BUILDING (CB) Supports.
Where Is This Service Offered?
Like all of Access4u services, Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination is available across metropolitan Adelaide, Mount Barker, the Fleurieu Peninsula and the Yorke Peninsula. View our office locations here.
