A bit about me:
Before working at Access4u I worked as a Local Area Coordinator for 8 years, since the very first LAC region roll out!
Prior to this I worked internally for the NDIA themselves and also have experience in IT and other government roles. I feel that my previous experience lent well to a Support Coordination role where I felt I could make a tangible difference, which prompted me to make the move.

What inspires me to do what I do:
I enjoy problem solving and working with families to ensure that they are making the most out of their NDIS funding, supports and available community services. In my role as a Support Coordinator I'm able to focus more time with my participants and their families and ensure that they are able to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
I'm different to most - but aside from enjoying working with people - I enjoy facts, figures, Excel spreadsheets and paperwork! I love that support coordination is the perfect mix of all of the things that I love to do and I love working with people to manage their budget and ensuring that all i's are dotted and t's are crossed.

A fun fact about me:
I have two beautiful horses, Dollar and Harry – ask me about them if you like I even have pictures! In my spare time - when I'm not painting or playing video games - I spend as much time as I can with them.
