Jacinda Claridge
A bit about me:
In 2025, I completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a Major in Behavioural Studies, through Swinburne University, while running my own small business. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an invaluable career outcome to put the skills I had developed toward an important and meaningful area the community.
What inspires me to do what I do:
I’ve always been driven by a strong sense of justice, and I aspire to contribute to building a fair and equal society. Therefore, working with marginalised and vulnerable people is deeply rewarding for me. I find purpose in amplifying the voices of those who are unheard and advocating for those in need of support. My goal is to enhance the well-being of our clients, and everyone connect to them.
Ares of expertise/Interest:
- Fundamentals of psychology
- Evidence-based intervention strategy development
- Human strengths and behavioural patterns
- Sociological concepts
- Sound understanding of how social structures impact people in our contemporary society
The most rewarding part of my role is...
The ability to contribute positively to people’s lives. Positive Behaviour Support is client-focused and evidence-based, which allows me the privilege to put people first, with frameworks that deliver meaningful results.
