A bit about me:
After supporting the aged for over 10 years both in-home and in nursing homes, I decided to start my journey within the disability sector, completing my Certificate 4 in Disability. I began working as a Support Worker and did this for almost two years. I then moved into a Support Coordinator role. I have been a Support Coordinator for four years and absolutely love what I do.

What inspires me to do what I do:
What inspires me the most is knowing I can make a real positive difference in someone's life and support them to achieve their goals.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
building meaningful, trusted relationships with my clients and their families. Watching my clients work towards their independence to reach their goals is why I love being a Support Coordinator.

A fun fact about me:
I love spending time at my local football club, watching my boys thrive, and spending time with a close bunch of mates that I call 'my village'.
