A bit about me:
I have been working in disability for the past 5 years as a Support Worker. During this time, I have gained valuable experience working with people with disabilities and their families.

I have also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Disability and Community Inclusion at Flinders University, and I am excited to begin my career as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

What inspires me to do what I do:
I am inspired by the opportunity to help people with disabilities improve their lives. I love seeing them learn new skills and become more independent. I want to make a positive impact by helping people overcome the challenges and barriers that they face.

Areas of Expertise/Interest:

  • Working closely with families and other stakeholders
  • Working with young people
  • Intellectual Disability
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Seeing individuals achieve their goals and grow in confidence. Knowing that I’m helping people live better lives and become more independent is incredibly fulfilling.
