A bit about me:
My journey started within the disability sector a few years ago when I completed my degree in Psychological Sciences and began working as a Support Worker. I have always been involved in a complex work field, assisting people to overcome their barriers to achieve their goals, helping them out of tough situations and directing them to the help they were seeking. After case managing for a while, I began working as a Support Coordinator where I assisted people predominately with higher complexity, including DCP and OPA guardianship. I am now working with Access4u as a Specialist Support Coordinator as I want to continue doing my part to help people reach their full capacity.

What inspires me to do what I do:
I have a direct passion to provide better community-centered support services for people living with a disadvantage. My personal career goal is to continue to provide support and listen to people that are often not heard.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Assisting individuals and families to feel heard and empowered to accomplish the goals they are striving for.

A fun fact about me:
If I could, I'd adopt all the dogs in the world!
