My experience:
I have been a Support Worker for 7 years and have 14 years of lived experience. I have come to a stage in my life where I wanted more stability with my career - that’s when I came across the job vacancy with Access4u which ticked all my boxes!

What inspires me to do what I do:
Having a child with a disability inspired me to start a career in the disability sector. Watching my child achieve his goals has given me the passion assist those living with a disability in achieving their goals.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Watching them (participants) grow and beat the challenges that face them is the biggest reward. Ensuring that every person gets the same opportunities is what keeps me going.

A fun fact about me:
I am an avid dog lover. Large breeds are my favourites. I also love cars.
