Jarrod Miller

A bit about me:
I have been working in disability as a Support Worker for 6 years and have now moved into my role as Day Options Coordinator. My other experience includes a Masters of Education and two years teaching in a school.

What inspires me to do what I do:
Making a genuine change in our customers' lives and improving their independence, as well as building connections with families to ensure they seek out the best support possible for their child. 

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Seeing clients achieve their NDIS goals and seeing these customers build social connections with their Mentors and other customers. I also enjoy being in a field where you make a positive change on customers and their familys' lives.

A fun fact about me:
I enjoy playing football and watching sport. I also enjoy getting into the garden and cooking.
