Paul Hodges

A bit about me:
I have worked in the disability industry for 15 years. During this time I feel I have made difference in people’s lives.

I started my journey by helping people with disabilities find employment. I started to do training with the NDIS and worked with a range of people with different disabilities and could see they wanted to be heard, and wanted to live life to the fullest . Over time I have been involved with some great outcomes, from watching families come together or just seeing someone achieve their goals. I will continue to support and listen and learn every day.

What inspires me to do what I do:
Being responsible in supporting clients maintain independence, develop life skills and achieve personal goals.

Working holistically with families, carers and other support networks, I like to lead the team with a can do attitude and client centred vision.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Seeing a client achieve the goals they set out to do and celebrating the achievements.

A fun fact about me:
When I am not working hard, I love spending time with family and friends. My passion is AFL, car racing and travelling.
