My experience:
I have been working in disability for over three years. I started off as a Mentor, and worked in this role for two years. I have since moved into Flexible Supports, which is where I work now.

What inspires me to do what I do:
Helping people achieve their goals and helping them use their NDIS funding to the best of their ability.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Building up customers' rosters to have full support and getting positive feedback from Mentors about a customer's progress.

A fun fact about me:
I love golf and baseball.
