Zachary Steer
My experience:
I started working in the Disability field in 2017 and helped my previous employer with transition State funded clients over to the NDIS. After a few roles in the industry, I ended up at Access4u in 2021 as a Specialist Support Coordinator.
What inspired me to do what I do:
I completed part of my university placement at Modbury Special School, I originally wanted to become a teacher; however, this experience allowed me to realise that I wanted a career in the disability sector.
The most rewarding part of my role is…
Seeing people succeed in meeting their goals.
A fun fact about me:
I enjoy socialising with friends on the weekends and I love my pets. (To be honest, I'd probably love yours too).
