Access4u is proud to launch their Impact Report for the 2024-2025 financial year.
This past year, the team at Access4u have navigated the challenges presented by an everchanging NDIS landscape, and thanks to our customers, staff and stakeholders, we have achieved another successful and outstanding year.
The Disability Royal Commission and NDIS Review recommendation implementation has presented challenges, however for people living with disability, the outcomes should result in more quality person-centred care.
At Access4u, we have had an exciting year of building upon our capacity to extend our service reach. Our Day Options program (Options4u) has grown in leaps and bounds, our Yorke Peninsula team has expanded alongside our regional service delivery, and we celebrated five years of Access4u in 2024. This milestone has given us further reason to reflect on our growth - it's amazing to think that in 2019 we started out as a team of just three office staff and now employ over 500 people across the state, and support over 1400 customers.
This past financial year, we have also made several important changes to the way we operate, to improve our customer experience. We overhauled our Complaints and Feedback process, ensuring that our customers can provide us with feedback at any point - whether this be via our office reception areas, our new Complaints and Feedback Form, emailing our Complaints Officer, or via our website. We encourage you to provide us with feedback on our services so that we can reach our goals of providing the best possible service we can.
On this note, we want to thank all our staff who completed the staff survey, as well as the customers who completed the customer survey. This, in addition to our ongoing feedback process, allows us to make the changes you want.
We hope you enjoy reading our 2024-25 Impact Report. This document features some of our biggest highlights of the past financial year and is a great time capsule that explores where we are right now. We also want to thank all the customers who allowed us to share with you the reasons why we are here and do what we do.
