We are pleased to share with you our latest Impact Report, which contains important information about Access4u, our services and our latest projects.
It’s certainly been a big year for Access4u and the NDIS as a whole.
We touch on the rise of incident reporting across national disability housing, which is troubling to say the least. We’ve called for industry wide change, and have shared our innovative approach with the sector to encourage simply moving beyond filling housing vacancies.
Instead, we are calling for the phasing out of the traditional disability group homes model in favour of a more personalised and tailored approach to Home and Living Options.
Our Home and Living Options arm of the organisation has certainly expanded this year, and we’ve had great results finding wonderful homes for our customers across the Adelaide Metropolitan and Adelaide Hills areas that suit their individual lifestyles, need and objectives.
Beyond Home and Living Options, our Impact Report reflects the heart of our organisation: our customers. We share four engaging customers stories from across South Australia, whose stories are both eye opening and uplifting.
