NDIS plans can be tricky and hard to understand, and choosing providers can be an overwhelming process. That’s why Support Coordinators are handy resources – we’re here to help navigate the NDIS and its many services – to ensure you live your life, your way.
We currently provide two levels of Support Coordination: Coordination of Supports and Specialist Support Coordination.

Currently using another NDIS provider? You can choose to change providers at any time, as long as you follow the notice periods in your service agreement.
Support Coordination and/or Specialist Support Coordination are available to you if they appear in your NDIS plan under CAPACITY BUILDING (CB) Supports.
Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination is available across metropolitan Adelaide, Mount Barker, the Fleurieu Peninsula and the Yorke Peninsula.
