What is In Home Support

Living with a disability can mean needing some extra help around the house, either from time to time or on an ongoing daily basis.

Our Mentors (Support Workers) are available to visit your home in the mornings, afternoons or evenings depending on your individual needs and how much support you require.

What Type of Support is Provided?

There are a whole range of services that can be provided from general support, to specific health care requirements.

For example, our Supports Workers can help you with a variety of tasks, including:

Shopping

Food preparation

Cooking and cleaning

Attending appointments.

You can expect that your care needs and goal plans will be matched to the skills of our support staff, so that you are balancing your independence with your supports.

Currently using another NDIS provider? You can choose to change providers at any time, as long as you follow the notice periods in your service agreement.
