Children and young people have the right to be safe and protected at all times. Access4u is a registered NDIS Provider that strives to ensure that we provide a child-safe environment where children have their voices heard.
As an organisation, we take a proactive approach to child safety issues by ensuring that we have systems in place to make sure young children are heard.
By being active participants we are able to embrace the opinions of children and help them develop skills that will assist in their everyday lives.
This responsibility is on all staff at Access4u and we believe it is vital that they are aware of the shared commitment to keep young people safe.
From our active approach we are then able to use this understanding to create actionable outcomes that protect children and young people from harm.
We are aware that this is an ongoing process, where we are continuously improving our organisation’s ability to keep children safe.
