A bit about me:
I worked in various roles in the 1980’s and 1990’s, a manager and program service planner/coordinator. For a period of 18 months, I was employed to carry out a project titled “The Communicative Function of Challenging Behaviour” - it was a great project and most enjoyable for me and the results were very successful. I worked in the sector for about twenty years. I then completed an Grad Dip in Business and an MBA, which took me in a different direction for a number of years. After a critical illness that left me with a mild disability, a friend asked to do Support Coordination for her sister. I worked as an independent for a couple of years. However, I really wanted to work as part of a team – so, hello Access4u.

What inspires me to do what I do:

I am passionate about improving the lives of people with disability, I really enjoy engaging with people and gaining an understanding of what needs to happen to improve a person life. I have a brother with complex disabilities, and I have numerous friends with disability and friends with children that have disability. I am really enjoying being back in the disability sector after many years in the private sector.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
The most rewarding part of my role is making a difference; and being instrumental in improving the lives of my customers. I love seeing the difference whilst building relationships.

A fun fact about me:
I have three cats that I love very however I must admit it, I am their slave! They are very loving.
