What inspires me to do what I do:
After working in the child protection field for 16+ years and the challenges and exhaustion this brought I felt that it was time for a change. I joined the Disability services team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and absolutely loved the ability to have a positive impact with the customers and families that I was working with.

- Advocacy and customer relations.

- Connecting and creating positive relationships with customers
- Advocating and liaising to work towards the best interests of customers
- Where possible the reduction of behaviours and restrictive practices
