My experience:
Six years ago, my journey in the disability sector commenced as a dedicated Support Worker. Since a young age, I had an innate passion for assisting others and making a positive impact on their lives. Throughout these transformative years, I've had the privilege of encountering remarkable individuals with extraordinary talents and captivating personalities. This experience has deepened my determination to continue giving back and extending support in every possible way. Motivated to advance my career in the disability sector, I made the conscious decision to transition into the role of a Support Coordinator at Access4u.

What inspires me to do what I do:
Every single day I have a sense of inspiration and fulfillment, as I have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse spectrum of people. I have a passion for psychology, and a desire to understand the intricacies of the human mind and disability leads me to a world of education.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
So far, the most fulfilling part of my role as a Support Coordinator is witnessing how the NDIS empowers individuals with disabilities, fostering their independence and pride. It brings me great joy to see their accomplishments and the incredible things they are capable of achieving.

A fun fact about me:
I am a self-taught musician. In my spare time I enjoy singing, playing the guitar and the piano. I have my very own music studio set up at my house.
