My experience:
I have worked in the disability sector for approximately two and a half a years. I started my journey working in administration and did Mentoring on the side. I then worked my way up to Flexible Supports Coordinator.

What inspires me to do what I do:
Being able to help other people and seeing them reach their goals, supporting families and giving them the breaks they need sometimes.

The most rewarding part of my role is...
Seeing customers happy and and enjoying spending time wth their Support Worker (Mentor).

A fun fact about me:
I love spending time with my family and friends, and travelling.
