As the CEO of Access4u, Cathy is a highly skilled strategic and visionary with more than 32 years’ experience in Human Services, health, mental health and the disability sector. She also has a degree in Human Resource Management. MBA, B.Bus (Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations), BHA, GAICD.

What inspires me to do what I do:
What inspires me in this role is the people and making a difference.

I have a deep commitment to developing a positive culture, create a team of passionate, committed and capable staff who make a difference to the lives of people living with disability.

The most rewarding part of my role is…
Outcomes and capacity building – both in staff with support who with support and skill building centred around their customers are confident and create real improvement for our customers, and customers who can live great lives with positive outcomes.

A fun fact about me:
I enjoy being with my family and friends, be it at my son’s sports, like baseball or football, or at the gym with my girlfriends or holidaying. I love anything competitive, including quiz nights -- as long as I win!
